WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy & disclosures
This page describes the features included in this ExGP Solutions website.
Your preferences
The site stores your selected color theme and article text size in your browser’s local storage. These preferences stay in that browser and are not sent to ExGP by the site’s scripts.
Project inquiries
When our secure inquiry service is enabled, the form submits the details you provide (such as name, email, company, location, project type, and message) to a Cloudflare Pages Function. That service validates submissions with Cloudflare Turnstile, applies submission limits using short-lived keyed IP hashes, and stores accepted inquiries in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database for responding to your request. If notification email is enabled, a copy may be sent through our transactional email provider. Only authorized ExGP personnel should have access to those records.
When the inquiry service is not configured, the page offers an email-draft option instead; no submission is sent to our website in that mode. If you send an email, your email provider and our inbox provider handle it. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or highly sensitive information through an inquiry.
Information is used for project communications and related follow-up, not sold as a mailing list. Contact us to request access or deletion of your inquiry. Retention policies and operational controls should be reviewed before enabling the live form.
Videos
Where an article includes a video, the YouTube player loads only after you select Play. The player uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. Playing a video connects your browser to YouTube, whose own privacy practices apply. Links to our channel open YouTube directly.
Product links and recommendations
Some articles may include tools or materials used in a project. Where a link earns us a commission, the article identifies the affiliate relationship near that section. A product link is not a guarantee of availability, price, or suitability for your project.
Hosting and external services
The hosting provider may process request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the website. External destinations, including YouTube, GitHub, and eBay, operate under their own policies.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics may be enabled on our hosted Pages project to measure aggregate visits and performance. Cloudflare describes its Web Analytics as privacy-focused and not using visitors’ personal information. We do not configure advertising trackers in the website source. The live site's analytics settings should be reviewed after deployment.
